OUR COMPANY
Hi-Tech Stamping Inc., a small Rhode Island based stamping company in business since 1981, has recently been acquired and merged with Ronald Pratt & Co. The companies have moved and are now merged into our 80,000 square foot facility in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Ronald Pratt & company has a market focus on jewelry applications, specifically ear jewelry, piercings, and spring clip backers.
Hi-Tech Stamping will maintain its focus on progressive die work in miniature / micro stampings for the electronics, medical, and select automotive applications. We have maintained our quality registration since year 2001 and are currently certified to the latest edition of ISO 9001 : 2015. We are very proud to say that our quality department, located in the center of our facility, is the focal point of our entire operation. Our quality profile has allowed us to support signature customers in medical, aerospace, alternative energy, and micro-electronics applications.
In addition to our array of presses ranging from 20 to 60 tons, we have significant Wire EDM services and offer tool design and build capabilities. Because of the applications we support, we offer cleaning, degreasing, and passivating. Depending on the project, we can offer assembly – sub assembly work as well.
Our facility carries a substantial inventory of starting stock and an inventory of packaged finished goods to truly provide a JIT profile. We provide confidence in full scale production including ongoing tool maintenance. Support through these phases, coupled with a quality performance leads to long term partnerships.
